Yes. A single static IPv4 is included as standard on every business plan. Additional IPs and small subnets are available on request.
Yes. We can port existing geographic and non-geographic numbers onto our hosted VoIP service, or run alongside your existing PBX during a transition.
We can pair a Full Fibre primary with a Fixed Wireless standby (or vice versa) on the same router for automatic failover. Useful for card terminals, VoIP and anywhere a silent outage costs money.
Most business installs are booked within 2 weeks of placing an order. Fixed Wireless can often be quicker, sometimes a few days once the site survey is done. We'll commit to dates in writing before you sign.
Yes. Our network is QoS-aware and low-latency by design, which is what VoIP and real-time applications actually need. We can also provide site-to-site VPN between premises on our network, connecting multiple sites as one.
You get direct access to UK-based network engineers, not a first-line scripted helpdesk. Business accounts route straight to the on-call engineer without the usual gatekeeping.
Yes. We can provide SLAs on our business packages on request, with a committed uptime target, service-credit rebates for breach, and direct escalation to an engineer, not a ticket queue.
Yes. Every connection hands off over standard Ethernet, so if you already run your own edge device (Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, pfSense, whatever) you can plug it straight in. We deliver a working link and a static IP; what you put on your side of the line is up to you.
